3A. Approve minutes from the May 9, 2024, Planning Commission meeting.

4A. Consider a single-lot preliminary plat and variances from the Savage Zoning Code and Savage Subdivision Code to allow the creation of a lot without direct access to a public street and construction of a single-family dwelling without a basement on said plat, Project 24-14.

5A. Review and consider sketch plan application for future phasing of Big Sky Estates residential development and provide non-binding feedback, Project 24-13.
