6.A. MINUTES - Approve minutes of the regular City Council Meeting from December 1, 2025.

7.A. PUBLIC HEARINGS - Conduct a public hearing and consider ordering the improvement and preparation of plans and specifications for the 2026 Street Improvement Project, City Project 26-01.

7.C. Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving an On-Sale Intoxicating/Sunday Sales Liquor License for Life Time Fitness located at 6544 Loftus Lane through February 28, 2027.

9.A. GENERAL BUSINESS - Consider adopting an Ordinance to amend City Code Title 5, Chapter 50 – Garbage and Refuse and adopt a resolution approving the Summary Ordinance and ordering publication of said Summary.

9.C. Consider adopting a resolution approving the Final 2025 Tax Levy, collectable in 2026.

9.E. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a five-year extension of the Lease Agreement with Hy-Vee, Inc. for continued operation of Savage Wine and Spirits located at 6150 Egan Drive.
